Parabellum retains user and event data on Google Analytics for a period of 26 months, which is reset on new activity.

Information input in Parabellum’s client relationship management or other databases and systems is stored as long as Parabellum has, or needs to maintain a record of, a relationship with a business contact.

5. Data Security

Parabellum Capital utilizes Remote Desktop Services and Support along with a Hybrid Cloud Model to secure data transmission through their Managed Services Provider, All Covered. All Covered uses SSL (TLS 1.0) for server authentication and for encrypting all data transferred between the server and the client. The datacenter facility itself is certified at the datacenter level, previously SSAE-16 II certified, and is now SOC 2 & 3, 2012 certified.

Parabellum is concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Parabellum or guarantee that your information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.  When you enter information in the messaging form of the “CONTACT US” section of the Website, Parabellum encrypts that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).  However, no electronic method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
