Martin Flics Rejoins Parabellum as Senior Bankruptcy Advisor

Martin Flics has rejoined Parabellum Capital in the capacity of Senior Bankruptcy Advisor.  He works with the firm in originating, developing and marketing bankruptcy financing solutions for key stakeholders in bankruptcy cases, including debtors, trustees, litigation trustees, creditors’ and equity committees, and creditors (including financial institutions, hedge funds and private equity funds).

Marty practiced law for more than 30 years at some of the leading law firms in the world, where he was both a recognized expert in corporate bankruptcy and a management leader.  Prior to joining Parabellum (as a Principal from 2014 to 2016), he was a partner at Linklaters LLP for more than ten years, heading the firm’s U.S Banking Department and U.S. Restructuring Group.  He was also elected as a member of the Linklaters International Board, the governing body for the firm.  Prior to Linklaters, Marty was a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP for more than 10 years, where he served as head of the New York Finance Department.  He began his career at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Mr. Flics is also the Managing Member of Flics Law PLLC.  In addition, he is the Managing Member of Alloy Legal LLC, where he provides strategic advice regarding new approaches to legal resourcing for forward-thinking law firms.
